We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AquaFit Soul. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving your item.
Please note that minor variations in color or size (up to 5%) may occur and are not considered defects.
📦 Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be free from odors, stains, or alterations (e.g., hemming or resizing)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

⚠️ Requests are only processed via email. We do not handle returns or exchanges via WhatsApp or social media.
