Please note that minor variations in color or size (up to 5%) may occur and are not considered defects.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
Be in new, unused condition
Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
Be free from odors, stains, or alterations (e.g., hemming or resizing)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Clear photos of the item and the shipping label on the package
We will respond with the next steps within 1–2 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Return shipments must be sent via a trackable shipping service
We will provide the return address upon approval of your request
In some cases, we may approve the refund or exchange without requiring the item to be shipped back. This will be clearly communicated if applicable.
Approved refunds will be issued within up to 10 business days of item inspection and acceptance.
