Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale govern the relationship between AquaFit Soul, hereinafter referred to simply as AquaFit Soul, and, on the other side, the Customer, identified at the time of purchase of the products offered by AquaFit Soul through its sales channels.
1. Nature of the Operation
AquaFit Soul is not the manufacturer, distributor, or direct seller of the products offered on its website. It operates solely as a business intermediary, connecting customers to the offered products. The shipping and delivery of the products are the responsibility of the company 3cliques - FFOrder, registered under CNPJ 31.295.712/0001-09, which is responsible for issuing invoices and managing the logistics of the order.
2. Confidentiality
AquaFit Soul is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The website is periodically audited to ensure information security.
3. Customer Service (SAC)
Customers can contact AquaFit Soul to ask questions, request information, or file complaints via WhatsApp or email.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1 - The responsibility for shipping and delivering products lies entirely with the company 3cliques - FFOrder. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and may exceptionally occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
4.2 - Up to three delivery attempts will be made to the provided address, on alternate days, with a 48-hour interval between each attempt. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the Distribution Center of 3cliques - FFOrder.
4.3 - The delivery timeframe informed at the time of purchase considers stock availability, the region, and the time required to issue the invoice. The Customer will receive automatic email updates regarding the status of the order.
4.4 - AquaFit Soul does not authorize the shipping company to: enter the residence; perform installation or maintenance; open packages; deliver to an address different from the one stated in the order; or deliver to minors or individuals without identification.
4.5 - AquaFit Soul is not responsible for merchandise retention by SEFAZ due to Customer-related issues. It is the Customer’s responsibility to resolve such issues for the order to be released.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product. The following conditions must be observed:
5.1 - The Customer must request the return via WhatsApp or email. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the DANFE (invoice), manuals, and accessories.
5.2 - Shipping or collection costs for returns will not be covered by AquaFit Soul.
5.3 - The refund will be processed after the product is inspected at the Distribution Center. For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be requested from the card administrator. For payments made by bank slip or debit, the refund will be made via bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days into the account of the purchase holder.
By making a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
