Our products are shipped directly from our partner manufacturers to the address provided at checkout. We operate through direct international shipping, with production partners in Europe and Asia, and a distribution center based in China.
If you do not agree with international shipping, we kindly ask that you do not complete your purchase to avoid potential misunderstandings.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days. The average delivery time is 10 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
We use reliable shipping services such as USPS Priority Mail, FedEx International, and other trusted carriers for most U.S. deliveries.

⚡ Express Shipping Option
Our express shipping option prioritizes faster handling and dispatch (typically within 4 to 5 business days), but it is not equivalent to domestic services like USPS Priority Express or FedEx Overnight. Express orders still follow our standard international logistics flow.
🚨 Customs & Import Inspections
As this is international shipping, if your order is selected for inspection by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, that inspection period is not included in the estimated delivery time. However, all taxes and duties are prepaid by AquaFit Soul — there are no extra costs to you.
📦 Out-of-Stock Items
If your chosen item is temporarily unavailable, we will offer:

A lead time of up to 14 business days to restock the item, plus a full refund of express shipping fees if applicable
📬 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, the carrier will provide a tracking code within 7 business days, which will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this code to track your order status in real time.
💳 Payment Confirmation
Payments are securely processed through Apple Pay, PayPal, and Stripe. Orders are typically approved and confirmed within 1 to 2 business days.
The estimated delivery window begins after payment confirmation by the payment provider.

If your package is held for customs inspection, this time is not included in the standard delivery estimates. Rest assured, you won’t pay any extra fees, as AquaFit Soul handles all duties and import taxes.

If you haven’t received your order, please check the following:
