Do not write on, tape, or apply labels directly to the productâs original packaging. Please protect it using kraft paper or place it in a cardboard box to avoid damage.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in the product being refused by AquaFit Soul.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, a new replacement item will be processed within up to 30 business days. All details regarding the exchange will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
After receiving and verifying the returned item, the total amount paid for the product will be refunded within up to 30 business days.
Refunds will be issued directly via our payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay)
We do not issue refunds via PIX or manual bank transfers
For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card
For payments made via bank slip, the customer must send their bank account details to our support team via WhatsApp so we can process the refund properly
â ïž Refunds and exchanges are only processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
If AquaFit Soul determines that the returned product does not meet the conditions for return or exchange, the request may be denied. In that case, the product will be sent back to the customer without prior notice, along with a justification for the denial.
After the return period has passed, any product defects must be handled through the manufacturerâs warranty service.
Refunds to credit cards may take longer depending on your card issuerâs policies. You will be informed of the estimated processing time.
